Here’s why this season offers the ideal energy for hitting “reset” on your yoga journey (and how to do it with grace, not guilt).

🌼 1. You’re Naturally Slowing Down (Even if You Don’t Realize It)

Summer has a way of softening our schedules — even when life is still busy. The days are longer, the sun lingers, and we often make more space for rest, reflection, and presence.

This slower pace is exactly what your nervous system needs to reconnect with movement in a way that feels nourishing, not forced.

Whether it's a morning stretch on the patio or an evening beach yoga class, summer creates space to breathe again.
